We want you to love your Holiday Plates purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition and original packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@holidayplates.com with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no charge.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or washed
- Items not in original packaging
- Sale items marked as final sale
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
